InEnglish letter business ,the lexicon is akey aspect which can influencethe effect of letters communication: This thesis is astudy on lexical features of Englishbusiness .The letters purposes of this study are to find out the specific lexical features ofEnglish business exchanged in foreign trade, which is differentfrom both face-to-face interactions and letters everyday letters and give implications for the Business English learners and the business practitioners toenhance their mastery of appropriate use of lexicon in English business.The discussions of this study are expected to shed some light on the letters teachingand study of English business and the practical business writing by lettersletters the professionals in the field of foreign trade.
