药学毕业论文--川白芷香豆素有效部位的气相色谱质谱 分析 川白芷香豆素有效部位的气相色谱 质谱分析 作者:李玲 李祖伦 何宇新 袁瑜 【摘要】 目的对提取分离得到的川白芷香豆素有效部位进行成 分研究。方法采用气相色谱 质谱联用技术对样品进行分析鉴定,利 用面积归一法测定其相对含量。结果气相色谱 质谱联用技术共鉴定 出11种香豆素类成分,主要成分为氧化前胡素、欧前胡素、异欧前 胡素,其相对含量分别达到10.23,,6.58,和5.16,。结论以上研 究可为川白芷香豆素有效部位的临床疗效与所含化学成分的相关性 研究提供实验依据。 【关键词】 川白芷; 气相色谱 质谱 Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the chemical constituents of extraction products from Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth.et Hook.f.. MethodsThe chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC MS). Results11 components were identified, and the relative contents were determined by normalization method of area. The contents of oxyimperatorin,imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 10.23,,6.58, and 1 5.16,.ConclusionThis study provides experimental foundation for relativities of clinical function and chemical constituents of extraction products from Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex
