This paper focuses on the surface morphology formation and prediction of TC17 titanium alloy belt grinding, analyzes in detail the effects of grinding parameters, belt structure and grinding force on surface morphology, and proposes a surface morphology prediction method based on grey correlation analysis, which provides certain theoretical guidance and practical application value for titanium alloy surface grinding.
