熟 悉 设 备 的 分 布 位 置 结 构 名 称 各 种 构 件 的 实 际 作 用 以 及 日 常 需 要 重 点 检 查 的 部 位 掌 握 设 备 的 运 行 状 况 和 一 些 故 障 的 发 生 点 通 过 不 断 的 学 习 基 本 能 够 解 决 一 些 问 题 在 平 时 的 工 作 中 当 设 备 在 运 行 中 发 生 故 障 我 都 会 和 同 事 们 及 时 出 现 在 现 场 找 到 故 障 产 生 的 原 因 解 决 故 障 让 设 备 尽 快 恢 复 生 产 皮 带 机 沿 线 维 修 电 源 箱 的 更 换 工 作 由 于 旧 的 维 修 电 源 箱 长 时 间 的 使 用 出 现 密 封 不 严 和 腐 朽 现 象 已 经 不 能 满 足 日 常 维 修 用 电 安 全 要 求 根 据 维 修 计 划 安 排 我 及 时 组 织 维 修 人 员 完 成 了 新 维 修 电 源 箱 的 更 换 工 作 保 证 了 设 备 维 修 时 的 安 全 用 电 需 求 完 成 新 加 开 关 的 接 线 布 线 和 试 验 工 作 使 防 撕 裂 开 关 投 入 使 用 起 到 保 护 皮 带 的 作 用 六 除 尘 系 统 的 维 修 保 养 工 作 干 式 除 尘 器 刚 刚 从 其 他 部 门 接 过 来 之 后 针 对 存 在 着 的 遗 留 问 题 及 时 组 织 维 修 人 员 对 除 尘 设 备 进 行 检 查 保 养 解 决 存 在 的 问 题
