Q390ME 低合金高强度结构钢焊接接头组织性能研 究 摘要 Q390ME 本文针对低合金高强度结构钢焊接接头组织性能进行了研 究。通过金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了焊接接头的组织结构,并 进行了拉伸试验和硬度测试。结果表明,焊接接头的热影响区存在明显 的热影响区软化和晶粒长大现象,焊缝的熔合区组织较为致密,但晶粒 细化效果不明显。焊缝的这些不同区域的性能也不尽相同,表现出不同 的拉伸强度和硬度。本文的研究结果对于提高低合金高强度结构钢焊接 接头的质量具有一定的指导意义。 关键词:低合金高强度结构钢、焊接接头、组织性能、拉伸试验、 硬度测试 Abstract This paper focuses on the research of microstructure and properties of the welded joint of low alloy high strength structural steel Q390ME. The microstructure of the welded joint was analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope, and the tensile test and hardness test were conducted. The results showed that there was obvious softening and grain growth phenomenon in the heat affected zone of the welded joint, the fusion zone of the weld was relatively dense, but the effect of grain refinement was not obvious. The performance of different areas of the weld was also different, showing different tensile strength and hardness. The research results have certain reference significance for improving the quality of welded joints of low alloy high strength structural steel.
