外文原文 Introduction to STC89C52 General Description The STC 89C52 is alow-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcomputer with 4K bytes of Flash Programmable and Erasable Read Only Memory (PEROM). The device is manufactured using Atmel’s high density nonvolatile memory technology and is compatible with the industry standard MCS-51™ instruction-set and pinout. The on-chip Flash allows the program memory to be reprogrammed in-system or by aconventional nonvolatile memory programmer. By combining aversatile 8-bit CPU with Flash on a monolithic chip, the Atmel STC89C52 is apowerful microcomputer which provides ahighly flexible and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. STC89C52 has the following features: 40-pin, 4k Bytes Flash chip program memory, 128 bytes of random access data memory (RAM), 32 external bi-directional input /output (I /O) ports, interrupt priority level 25 Interrupt nesting level interrupts, two 16-bit programmable timer counters, two full duplex serial port, watchdog (WDT) circuit, the on-chip clock oscillator. In addition, STC89C52 design and configuration of the oscillation frequency can be set to 0Hz and through the software power-saving mode. Idle mode, CPU to suspend work, and RAM timing counters, serial port, and interrupt system to continue, but freezes the oscillator power-down mode save RAM, disabling all other chip functions until the next interrupt or hardware reset.
