HepG2 芒果苷小檗碱盐在细胞中调节糖脂代谢的作 用研究 Title:TheEffectofMangiferinandBerberineSaltonthe RegulationofGlucoseandLipidMetabolisminHepG2Cells Abstract: Withtheincreasingprevalenceofmetabolicdisorderssuchas diabetesandobesity,thereisagrowingneedforeffective therapeuticagentsthatcanregulateglucoseandlipid metabolism.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethepotentialof mangiferinandberberinesaltinregulatingthesemetabolic processesinHepG2cells.HepG2cellsweretreatedwithvarious concentrationsofmangiferinandberberinesalt,andtheireffects onglucoseandlipidmetabolismmarkerswereassessed.The resultsshowedthatbothmangiferinandberberinesalt significantlydecreasedglucoseuptakeandglycolyticactivityin HepG2cells.Furthermore,bothcompoundsincreasedinsulin sensitivityandpromotedtheactivationofAMP-activatedprotein kinase(AMPK),akeyregulatorofcellularenergyhomeostasis.
