摘要 杜邦分析法是财务分析法中的一种方法，能直观快速透过公司的财务数据看出 公司的发展能力，使 得投资者做出适宜自身发展的投资决策；也可使管理者了解到 公司是否按照既定的计划目标运行，若偏 离计划目标则能及时采取适宜的措施应对。 泸州老窖为上市公司，其财务报表容易获取，本文选取泸州老窖为研究对象， 采用杜邦分析法对泸 州老窖年至的财务数据进行分析，首先阐述杜邦分 析法的文献和原理，其次对白酒行业的状 20142018 况进行分析，其次对泸州老窖从公司基本 层面进行阐述，对公司的财务状况层面采用杜邦分析法，再次 选取贵州茅台，五粮 液，舍得酒业，将这四家公司的财务数据采用杜邦分析法，将分析结果进行对比， 以发现泸州老窖公司在白酒行业中的地位、优势与不足，再将近年来在市场上热销 的江小白、小郎酒进 行营销层面的分析，将贵州茅台的管理进行分析，为使泸州老 窖有一个更好的发展提出建议，对杜邦分 析法在白酒行业的应用提出几点意见。 关键词：泸州老窖；杜邦分析法；白酒行业 ABSTRACT DuPont analysis is amethod of financial analysis, can intuitively and quickly through the company's financial data to see the company's ability to develop, so that investors to mak eappropriate investment decisions for their own development, but also to enable manager sto understand whether the company in accordance with the established plan objectives, if the deviation from the program objectives can be timely to take appropriate measures to deal with.
