— 壳聚糖左氧氟沙星长效缓释微球的制备及性能研究 摘要 壳聚糖—左氧氟沙星长效缓释微球的制备及性能研究,旨在研究一 种新型嵌段聚合物材料壳聚糖与一种广谱、有效、可用于医疗领域的抗 生素左氧氟沙星制备的缓释微球。采用离子凝胶法将壳聚糖与左氧氟沙 星复配,并应用乳化剂—稳定剂法制备长效缓释微球。通过扫描电镜观 察微球表面形貌、热重分析微球的稳定性、红外光谱研究微球中材料的 结构等方法,探究了壳聚糖—左氧氟沙星长效缓释微球的制备工艺及性 能。研究结果表明,在制备工艺中控制好各项条件,壳聚糖—左氧氟沙 星长效缓释微球的效果显著,可以作为新型药物制剂的研究方向之一。 关键词:壳聚糖,左氧氟沙星,长效缓释微球,制备,性能研究 Abstract Thepreparationandperformanceresearchof chitosan-levofloxacinsustained-releasemicrospheresisaimedat studyinganovelblockcopolymermaterialchitosananda broad-spectrum,effective,andmedical-useantibioticlevofloxacin topreparesustained-releasemicrospheres.Thechitosanand levofloxacinarecombinedbyiongelationmethod,and long-actingsustained-releasemicrospheresarepreparedbyusing emulsifier-stabilizermethod.Scanningelectronmicroscopywas usedtoobservethesurfacemorphologyofthemicrospheres, thermogravimetricanalysiswasusedtostudythestabilityofthe microspheres,andinfraredspectroscopywasusedtostudythe structureofthematerialsinthemicrospheres.Thepreparation processandperformanceofchitosan-levofloxacin sustained-releasemicrosphereswerestudied.Theresultsshow thattheeffectofchitosan-levofloxacinlong-acting sustained-releasemicrospheresissignificantwhenvarious conditionsarecontrolledwellinthepreparationprocess.Itcanbe usedasoneoftheresearchdirectionsofnoveldrugformulations.
