METHODS: Fasting serum levels of IL6, IL8, TNFα were measured in 30 cases of T2DM with insulin resistance (group A) and 30 cases of T2DM without insulin resistance (group B) and 26 normal control subjects (group C) by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Simultaneously the levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glucose hemoglobin A1C (GHbA1c) and fasting insulin (FINS) were detacted for analyzing the relations between the levels of FPG, GHbA1c, FINS and IL6, IL8, TNFα. RESULTS: The serum levels of IL6, IL8, TNFα in group Aand Bwere significantly higher than ones in group C(P<0.05), and the levels of IL6 and TNFα in group Awere significantly increased as compared with those in group B(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: There is an excessive activation of cytokines in T2DM, which is significantly correlated with insulin resistance. Cytokines play an important role in the occurrence and development of T2DM and insulin resistance. 【Keywords】 type 2diabetes mellitus; insulin resistance; cytokine 【摘要】 目的：研究2型糖尿病（T2DM）及胰岛素抵抗（IR）与细胞因 子的相关性. 方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法测定T2DM伴有IR患者30例（A组） 和不伴有IR患者30例（B组）及正常对照26例（C组）的空腹血清白细胞介 素6（IL6），白细胞介素8（IL8）及肿瘤坏死因子（TNFα）的浓度，并同时 测定空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（GHbA1c）及空腹胰岛素（FINS）水平， 分析其与IL6，IL8，TNFα的相关性. 结果：与C组比较A组和B组血清IL6， IL8，TNFα的含量均明显增高（P＜0.05）；A组与B组比较，A组的IL6， TNFα升高较B组明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）. 结论：T2DM患者存在 着细胞因子的过度激活，并与IR密切相关，细胞因子在T2DM及IR的发生 发 展中起着重要的作用. 【关键词】 2型糖尿病；胰岛素抵抗；细胞因子 【中图号】 R587
