1 产业集聚与循环经济互动发展研究：以石化产业为例 2 费文博 于立宏 201100200237 （上海市闵行区统计局，上海 ；华东理工大学，上海 ） 摘要： 开展循环经济是我国转变经济增长方式、实现节能减排与可持续发展 目标的重要手段。产业集聚是开展循环经济的物质载体，而基于循环经济模式的 招商也能促进产业园区升级。本文以石化产业为例，研究产业集聚与循环经济之 1990 间的互动关系与作用机制。结果表明，自年以来，中国石化产业专业化程 度日益加深，空间集聚程度不断提高，这种趋势确实为循环经济的应用与推广创 造了必要条件。但另一方面，循环经济对园区升级的作用并未显现，这要求政府 采取激励、政策和法律等多方面的支持。 关键词： 产业集聚、循环经济、石化产业 Study on the Interactive Development between Industrial Agglomeration and Circular Economy :A Case from Petrochemical Industry FEI Wen -bo ,YU Li –hong (Minhang Bureau of Statistics, Shanghai, 201100; East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, 200237) Abstract: As an important means, carrying out circular economy, for one hand, economicgrowth,savingenergy contributes to changing the pattern of consumption,reducingpollutionandsustainingdevelopment.Foranother,industrial agglomerationprovidesamaterialcarrierincirculareconomy.Thispaper,taking petrochemicalindustryasacase,discussesthemechanismsofinteractionbetween industrialagglomerationandcirculareconomy,andteststheirrelationsbasedon GrangerCausalitytest.Resultsshowthatsince1990,theagglomerationdegreeof Chinapetrochemicalindustryhasenhancedgradually,whichcreatesnecessary conditionsforcirculareconomy’sapplication.However,circulareconomycannot performwelltoupgradeindustrialagglomeration,whichrequiresgovernmenttotake effectivemeasuresincludingincentives,policiesandlaws.
