西华大学毕业设计说明书 基于S7-300的自动售货机售卖部分控制设计 摘要 本设计是基于西门子S7-300PLC的自动售货机售卖系统的设计。文章阐述了自 ： 动售货机的历史和未来的发展趋势；在了解并完善了自动售货机的功能之后对其售卖系 统设计方案进行了论证。另外，还对西门子S7-300PLC的基本组成、工作方式和工作特 点做了较为详细的介绍，之后对系统的的部分硬件做了设计和介绍；最后采用了西门子 S7-300PLC专用编程软件STEP7进行了售货机售卖系统的梯形图编写，编写完成后借助 仿真软件PLCSIM进行调试和仿真，最终实现并完善了自动售货机的功能，使之能够可 靠稳定地运行。 关键词： PLC，自动售货机，梯形图，仿真 Abstract: ThisdesignisthedesignofthevendingmachineSiemenssalesystem basedonS7-300PLC.Thispaperexpoundsthehistoryandthefuturedevelopment trendofthevendingmachine;intheunderstandingandimprovethefunctionofthe vendingmachinetothesalesystemdesignschemeisdemonstrated.Inaddition,the SiemensS7-300PLCbasiccomposition,workingmodeandcharacteristicsare introducedindetail,thenpartofthehardwaresystemandthedesignofdone;bythe endofthespecialprogrammingsoftwareS7-300PLCSTEP7wasSiemensladder vendingsystemvendingmachinetowrite,writeafterthecompletionofthesimulation softwarePLCSIMdebuggingandsimulation,finallyrealizeandimprovethefunction ofthevendingmachine,whichcanworkstably.
