316L 不锈钢流动温压粉末的制备及成形技术研究 摘要 随着航空航天、汽车、人工关节等高端领域的快速发展,对高性能 金属材料的需求越来越高。316L不锈钢因其良好的耐腐蚀性、耐高温性 和机械性能在这些领域得到广泛应用。本文研究了316L不锈钢流动温压 粉末的制备及成形技术。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备316L不锈钢流动温压粉 末,并根据其流变性调整成形参数,进行了热压成形实验。结果表明, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的316L不锈钢流动温压粉末具有较好的流变性能 和成形性能,成形后的试样密度高、结构致密、无明显缺陷,满足了高 端领域材料对于性能的要求。 关键词:316L不锈钢;流动温压粉末;制备;成形技术 Abstract Withtherapiddevelopmentofhigh-endfieldssuchas aerospace,automobile,andartificialjoints,thedemandfor high-performancemetalmaterialsisincreasing.316Lstainless steelhasbeenwidelyusedinthesefieldsduetoitsgood corrosionresistance,hightemperatureresistanceandmechanical properties.Inthispaper,thepreparationandformingtechnology of316Lstainlesssteelflow-weightedpowderwerestudied.The 316Lstainlesssteelflow-weightedpowderwaspreparedby sol-gelmethod.Accordingtoitsrheologicalproperties,the formingparameterswereadjusted,andthehot-pressforming experimentwascarriedout.Theresultsshowthatthe316L stainlesssteelflow-weightedpowderpreparedbysol-gelmethod hasgoodrheologicalpropertiesandformingproperties.The densityoftheformedsampleishigh,thestructureisdense,and thereisnoobviousdefects,whichmeetstherequirementsof high-endmaterialsforperformance.
