九年级英语教学工作感悟与总结 As aninth-grade English teacher, Ihave been engaged in teaching work for many years. Looking back at the past, I have learned alot and acquired alot of experience. Here, I want to share my thoughts and insights on teaching English to ninth-grade students in 2023. First and foremost, Irealize that the way of teaching has changed significantly in the last decade, and it's essential for me, as ateacher, to keep up with the changes accordingly. Iunderstand that the traditional one-way teaching approach is no longer effective in today’s classroom. Therefore, Ihave adopted amore interactive approach that involves collaboration between the students and me. This approach has allowed me to better understand my students' personalities, learning goals, and styles, making it easier for me to provide them individual attention and support. Another significant aspect Ihave observed is the importance of digital resources in classrooms. Today’s classrooms have transformed into digital ones, requiring new technological requirements and skills two both teachers and students.
