脑卒中病人护理进展 脑卒中患者的护理进展 摘要：脑卒中因其高病死率、高发病率、高致残率，已成为危害我国 人民健康的重要疾病。急性期救治率的提高，更加导致了致残率的增加， 大多数存活患者遗有不同程度的运动和认知功能、心理或情感障碍，给社 会和家庭带来的沉重负担。我国护理从院前急救，到院中护理，及出院后 , 的康复护理进行积极探索，促进了脑卒中护理的进展提高了患者的生活质 量。 关键词：脑卒中护理进展 Abstract:Strokehasbecomeanimportantdiseasethreatingthe healthofthepeopleofourcountrybecauseofitshighfatalityrate,high morbidityandhighdisabilityrate.Withtheincreaseofthecurerate,it leadsmoreseriousdisabilityrate.Thereexistinordinatelydisabilityof movement,cognitive,psychologicalandemotional functionamongmostofthesurvivals.Asaresult,itbringsheavy burdentooursocietyandfamily.Thenursingofourcountryispositively exploring,rangingfromprehospitalmedicalcare,courtnursingandthe rehabilitationnursingafterdischarge,whichpromotesthe developmentofthenursingofthestroke,andimprovingthequality oflifeoftheparalytic.
