烧碱行业无机化工废渣污染特征与污染风险控制研究 烧碱行业无机化工废渣污染特征与污染风险控制研究 摘要 随着烧碱行业的快速发展，无机化工废渣的排放问题越来越受到关 注。本文主要研究烧碱行业无机化工废渣的污染特征和污染风险控制。 首先对烧碱行业无机化工废渣的产生机理和排放情况进行了分析，然后 对无机化工废渣的化学成分和污染特征进行了探讨，最后提出了污染风 险控制策略。 关键词：烧碱行业；无机化工废渣；污染特征；污染风险控制 Abstract With the rapid development of the caustic soda industry, the emission of inorganic chemical waste residues has attracted more and more attention. This paper mainly studies the pollution characteristics and pollution risk control of inorganic chemical waste resi-due in the caustic soda industry. Firstly, the generation mechanism and emission situation of inor-ganic chemical waste residue in the caustic soda industry are analyzed. Then, the chemical com-positions and pollution characteristics of inorganic chemical waste residue are discussed. Fi-nally, pollution risk control strategies are proposed. Keywords: caustic soda industry; inorganic chemical waste residue; pollution characteristics; pollution risk control 正文 一、引言 烧碱是一种重要的无机化学原料，广泛用于化工、冶金、纺织、医 药、食品等多个领域。随着烧碱工业的发展，烧碱生产过程中产生的无 机化工废渣越来越多，并且排放问题也越来越引起人们的关注。无机化 工废渣中含有大量的重金属、有机物和其他有害物质，对环境和人体健 康造成了很大的危害。因此，研究烧碱行业无机化工废渣的特性和风险 控制对于保护环境和人体健康具有重要的意义。
