In this paper, taking the typical home and abroad Deep Tunnel Drainage System projects as examples, summarizes its application in city flood control &drainage and Combined Sewer Overflow Pollution, analyses it`s advantages compared with other drainage system as well as the problems, finally according to the construction of deep tunnel drainage system some substantive Suggestions are put forward. Key Words: Deep Tunnel; Drainage System; city flood control &drainage; control the Combined Sewer Overflow Pollution 1. 序言 1.1 城市排水现实状况 目前社会城市发展速度越来越快了，不过和之相对应部分城市基础服务配套 设施却并没有随之发展起来，比如目前在城市中常见部分因为雨水而造成内涝灾 难时有发生。近五六年来，城市内涝近一直是困扰中国大城市难题，且不说看得 [1] 见交通瘫痪等问题，其还能引发下游水体溢流污染等次生灾难。 [2] 频繁内涝已经给城市敲响了警钟，伴随相关政策文件出台，国外优异理念
