Cu-Ni 强磁场条件下扩散偶的柯步达尔效应 Abstract: Inthispaper,theKoops-KarleffectintheCu-Nidiffusion coupleunderstrongmagneticfieldconditionswasstudied.The experimentalresultsshowthatthestrongmagneticfieldhasa significantinfluenceonthediffusionbehaviorofCuandNi.The Koops-KarleffectwasobservedintheCu-Nidiffusioncoupleat differentmagneticfieldstrengths,andtheactivationenergyand pre-exponentialfactorofdiffusionwerecalculated.The experimentalresultsshowthattheKoops-Karleffectunderstrong magneticfieldconditionscanbeusedtocontrolthediffusion behaviorofmaterials,providinganewmethodforthepreparation ofnewmaterials. Introduction: Diffusionisanimportantphenomenoninmaterialsscience, whichdeterminesthepropertiesandperformanceofmaterials. Thediffusionprocessisaffectedbymanyfactors,suchas temperature,pressure,concentration,andmagneticfield.Under theinfluenceofthemagneticfield,thediffusionbehaviorof materialsissignificantlychangedduetothemagnetostriction effect,whichleadstothechangeoflatticestructureandthe magneticmomentofatoms.TheKoops-Karleffectisa phenomenonofenhanceddiffusionundermagneticfield,which wasfirstlyobservedinFeandFe-CralloysbyKoopsandKarlin 1961.
