环氧丙烷的清洁生产技术 周东 （华东理工大学，__ 200237,中国） 摘要 环氧丙烷是重要的基础化工原料。主要工业生产方法有氯醇法和 ： Halcon 法。但这些方法都严重污染了生态环境。为了能达到更好的环境和经济 效益，本文综述了不同氧源与丙烯环氧化反应的研究新进展。主要包括：氢氧原 位制备过氧化氢丙烯环氧化，直接以分子氧为氧化剂的光诱导环氧化反应以及以 臭氧和一氧化二氮为氧化剂的研究。指出__活性高、选择性好的催化剂是解决问 题的关键，并对其应用前景进行了讨论。 关键词 ：丙烯；环氧化；环氧丙烷；催化剂 中图分类号 TQ 423.94 ： The clean production technology of propylene oxide Zhou Dong (East China University of Scien__ and Technology,Shanghai 200237China) ， ABSTRACT Propylene oxide is an important basic chemical raw __terials. The : __in industrial production methods chlorohydrin pro__ss and Halcon law.However, these methods are seriously polluted the enviro__ent.In order to achieve better enviro__ental and economic benefits,this paper reviews the new research progress of epoxidation of propylene with different oxidants. It also includes propylene epoxidation with hydrogen peroxide in-situ synthesized using hydrogen and oxygen,photoepoxidation of propylene and oxygen and reactions with ozone and nitrous oxide as oxidants. It indicates that the __jor task is development of active and selective catalysts. The application prospect of new pro__sses is also discussed.
