In order to plan rationally, construct scientifically and effectively utilize underground space, the survey of underground space facilities is an essential task. However, as the amount of survey data increases, quality inspection of data becomes more important. This paper first introduces the purpose and significance of the survey of underground space facilities, and then carries out an in-depth discussion on the key technologies for quality inspection of survey data, including data preprocessing, data cleaning, data accuracy testing, and other aspects, and elaborates on the evaluation of data quality in detail. Finally, through practical cases, the actual application of key technologies is demonstrated, which verifies the feasibility and practical value of the technologies proposed in this paper.
