基于可编程控制器的机械手设计自动化专业学生刘玉建指导教师李坤摘要:机械手是在自动化生产过程中发展起来的一种新型装置,广泛应用于工业生产和其他领域。可编程控制器(PLC)已在工业生产过程中得到广泛的应用。组态软件的应用,极大地辅助了PLC的应用范围的推广。应用可编程控制器控制机械手能实现各种规定的工序动作,对生产过程有着十分重要的意义。论文以施耐德TWDLCAADRF40型PLC为基础,介绍PLC在机械手搬运控制中的应用,设计了一套可行的机械手控制系统,并给出了详细的PLC程序、组态王组态设计过程。设计完成的机械手可以在空间抓、放、搬运物体等,动作灵活多样。关键词:可编程控制器;机械手;控制;组态王ManipulatorSystemDesignBasedOnPLCStudentmajoringinAutomationLiuYujianTutorLiKunAbstract:Themanipulatorisanewdevicedevelopedintheautomaticproductionprocess.Itiswidelyusedinindustrialproducingandotherfields.ProgrammableLogicController(PLC),hasbeenwidelyusedinindustrialproducingaswell.WiththeapplicationofConfigurationSoftware,itsapplicationrangeisgreatlyenlarged.ManipulatorwithPLCcontrolcancompletevariousspecifiedproceduralactions,whichhasveryvitalsignificancetotheproductionprocess.BasedonthePLCofSchneiderTWDLCAADRF40type,thispaperintroducesPLCapplicationinmanipulatortransportationcontrolsystem,anddesignaavailablemanipulatorcontrolsystem,withprovideingPLCprogrammingprocessandconfigurationprocessindetail.Themanipulatordesignedbythispaper,cangrap,putandcarryobject,etc.inthespace.Keywords:PLC;Manipulator;Control;KingView
