毕业设计（论文）-简单恒压源的设计 简单恒压源的设计 摘要:恒压源是模拟集成电路中广泛使用的一种单元电路，在实际中也有着广 泛的应用。通过分析典型的恒压源的电路结构，研究了影响恒压源精度的一些关键 因素，提出了恒压源的设计方案，给出了具体的电路原理图。而且还较详细的分析 了恒压源的工作原理及其应用的特点，并且进行了multisim仿真实验，对电路进 行分析，并指出其适用的场合。结果表明:要得到一个高质量的恒压源电路，必须 选用精度高和稳定性好的采样电阻，增益大，温漂小，失调小的运放放大器。关 键词:稳压源;基准电压;比较放大电路;保护电路;采样电路 SimpleConstantPressureSourceDesign LiuLingDepartmentofPhysics,BoHaiUniversity Abstract:Constantpressuresourceisanunitcircuit,whichisused widelyinanalogintegratedcircuit,andit'salsowidelyappliedin practical.Throughanalyzingthecircuitstructureoftypicalconstant pressuresource,thispapernotonlystudiesthekeyfactorsthataffect theconstantpressuresourceaccuracy,putsforwardthedesignschemeof constantpressuresource,butalsodrawsupaspecificcircuitprinciple diagram.Furthermore,thispaperanalyzestheworkingprincipleof constantpressuresourceanditsapplicationsindetail,conductsthe multisimsimulationexperimentstoanalyzethecircuit,andpointsout thepossibleapplicationsoftheconstantpressuresource.The experimentshowsthat:Togetahigh-qualityconstant-voltagesource circuit,itshouldchoosethesamplingresistancewithhighprecision
