基于FTA的硫磺制酸中毒窒息事故风险分析 摘要：近年来，硫磺制酸企业因其原料价格下降而增多，但在生 产过程中还是常会发生硫磺制酸中毒窒息事故，这给作业人员和在工 厂周边居住的人们的生产生活带来了威胁。本文通过具体讲述硫磺制 酸整个工艺流程，将其划分工段，分析其中可能造成事故发生的危险 有害的因素都有哪些，运用 FTA（事故树）对中毒窒息事故原因进行 分析，从有毒物质泄漏、人身受伤害途径以防护失效等几个方面进行 分析，根据定性定量分析的结果，发现最有效的减少事故发生概率的 方法途径。除此之外，和本文还硫磺制酸工艺进行了风险性分析，探 究比较了各工段和各生产设备的危险性，并提出了一些建议措施，对 防止此类事故发生提供参考。 关键词：硫磺制酸；中毒窒息；事故树 Abstract: in recent years, sulfur to sulfuric acid enterprises have increased due to the decrease of raw material price, but in the production process, sulfur to sulfuric acid poisoning and suffocation accidents often occur, which brings athreat to the production and life of operators and people living around the plant.
