xiexiebang 第一篇:饭店服务质量存在的问题与对策(推荐) 饭店服务质量存在的问题与对策 摘 要:服务质量是饭店的生命线,服务质量与管理水平如何,直接关系到酒店的生存和发展。本文首 先介绍了服务质量对于酒店的重要性,简单的说明了从改革开放到目前的发展情况,并论述了与国外相比 存在着哪些差距。接着本文就目前我国酒店的服务质量及管理存在的问题进行了分析,发现问题主要有: 对服务质量认识的错误、员工的素质较低和服务态度不礼貌、服务不规范、员工的工作效率低、卫生环境 较差、功能性欠佳、饭店的设计太过强调功能与档次,缺乏有特色的文化艺术气氛等。根据以上问题进行 了深入的分析研究,总结了三个方面的主要原因:员工个人因素、酒店的管理方面问题、行政主管方面问 题。然后在此基础上提出了相应的六个方面的改进措施。 关键词:饭店;服务质量;成因;对策 The Existing Problem of Hotel Service of Quality and Its Control Abstract: The service quality is the lifeline of the hotel. Service quality and management level involve the development of the hotel. To begin with ,the text tell us the significance of the service quality towards hotel, generally illustrates the development status from 1978 to nowadays and discuss the distinction between foreign hotel and ours. Further more ,The text gives an insight into the service quality of our country’s hotel and existing problems of management at present. The main problems were listed as follows: misunderstanding about service quality; clerk’s low morality and impolite service attitude ;clerk’s service is not accord with the standard; low working efficiency; bad environment and cleanness; based on this ,the text suggests some corresponding ways to control the problems of hotel service quality and raises the level of management in hotel. Finally, the text prospects the development direction of the hotel and brings forward new
