从错误中学习——八年级英语备课组年度工作总结 Introduction Every year, educators all over the world reflect on their teaching practice and discuss how they can improve student learning. This year, the eighth-grade English teaching team at our school focused on the importance of learning from mistakes. We believe that making mistakes is anatural part of the learning process and that students can grow their skills and confidence by reflecting on what went wrong, why it went wrong, and how to fix it. In this article, we present our annual work summary, outlining the strategies we used to help students develop apositive attitude towards making mistakes. 1. Creating asafe and supportive learning environment We know that students are more likely to learn from their mistakes if they feel that they are in asafe and supportive environment. Therefore, we structured our lessons to encourage risk-taking and experimentation. We created opportunities for students to work in pairs and small groups, giving them the space to test out their ideas and practice their language skills.
