ResearchontheEffectsandCountermeasuresofSino-USTrade WarontheImportandExportofHigh-techProductsinChina Abstract ： Inrecentyears,Chinahasthecontinuousinnovationinthefieldofscienceandtechnology, accompanywiththeimprovementofpeople'slivingstandard,people'spursuitanddependenceon high-techproductsaregettinghigherandhigher.Thehigh-techindustrynowhasgraduallybecomeone ofthemostinnovativeandcompetitiveareasintheworld.Thehigh-techproducts,asoneofthemost importantcomponentsofChina'simportandexporttrade,haveagoodinfluenceintheinternational market.Inaddition,TheUnitedStateshasbeenplayinganimportantroleinChina'simportandexport tradeformanyyears,whichmadegreateffectsonthetradeofhigh-techproductsinChinaduringthe Sino-UStrade. Thispaperfirstlyexpressestheresearchbackgroundandsignificance,researchstatusathomeand abroad,whiledescribesthebackgroundofatradewarwithChinaandtheircauses,expoundsthestatus ofChina'shigh-techproductstradeatthesametime,andanalyzeatradewarwithChinaonChina's high-techproductstradecausedbythepositiveornegativeimpact.Thenfinallyputsforwardthepolicy support,innovation,productqualityandsoon. OnthebasicofChina'shigh-techproductsintheproductionanddevelopmentprocessofthe deficiencies,aswellasfacingatradewarwithChinatobringinthecrucibleoftariffs,infurtherstudy ofinternationaltradeonthebasisofthestatusquoandmarketenvironmentofthehigh-techproducts, severalsuggestionsofthedevelopmentandproductionofhigh-techproductsinChinainthefutureare putforward:(1)Settingupthemechanismofprotection,andprovidingpolicysupportforhigh-tech productstrade.(2)Improvingthecapabilityofindependentresearchandinnovationofhigh-tech products.(3)Promoting"madeinChina"totheworld.
