Most of present researches on this rate focus on its limitation and insufficiency. There is few study on how to in- crease inventory turnover rate at aspects of logistics and busi- ness operation management. Based on logistics theory and through using Six Sigma theory and technique, the author ana- lyzed the status quo of the company and carried out improve- ment action, which are proved practical in the practice in the company. Based on the real case, the article figure out aso- lution to increase inventory turnover rate with Six Sigma, which is expected to proved reference to the decision-maker and management team of the company, as well as reference to
