幼儿园对初任教师专业发展支持的现状研究 Title:AStudyontheCurrentStatusofProfessional DevelopmentSupportforNoviceTeachersinKindergartens Abstract: Thispaperaimstoexplorethecurrentstatusofprofessional developmentsupportprovidedtonoviceteachersin kindergartens.Thestudyexaminesthevariousformsofsupport thatareofferedtoearlycareerteachers,thechallengestheyface, andtheimpactofthesesupportsystemsontheirprofessional growthanddevelopment.Thefindingsofthisresearchprovide importantinsightsforkindergartenadministratorsand policymakersinordertoimproveandenhancetheprofessional developmentprogramsfornoviceteachers. Introduction: Kindergartenisacrucialstageinachild'seducationaljourney wheretheylearnfoundationalskillsanddevelopimportantsocial andemotionalcapabilities.Theroleofateacherinakindergarten settingisvital,astheyplayanintegralpartinshapingachild's earlylearningexperiences.Therefore,itisimportanttoprovide adequatesupportandopportunitiesforprofessionalgrowthto theteacherswhoarestartingtheircareersinthisfield.Thispaper presentsaresearchstudythatexaminestheexistingsupport systemsfornoviceteachersinkindergartensandtheir effectiveness. Methods: Thisstudyemployedamixed-methodsapproach,combining qualitativeandquantitativedatacollectiontechniques. Semi-structuredinterviewswereconductedwithkindergarten administrators,experiencedteachers,andnoviceteachersto gatherqualitativeinsightsonthecurrentsupportsystems. Additionally,questionnairesweredistributedtoasampleof noviceteacherstocollectquantitativedataontheirexperiences andperceptionsofthesupportprovided. Results: Thefindingsofthisstudyindicatethatwhilemany kindergartensoffersomeformofprofessionaldevelopment
