Nfic 雌激素缺乏大鼠与成骨成脂相关基因表达的相 关性研究 摘要 本文主要研究雌激素对成骨成脂相关基因表达的影响，探究与Nfic 的相关性。通过对雌激素缺乏和正常大鼠进行实验，发现雌激素缺乏显 著影响了大鼠成骨成脂相关基因表达，而Nfic在其中发挥了重要作用。 具体表现为Nfic的表达受雌激素缺乏影响而增加，并且其上游的骨形态 发生蛋白（BMPs）表达也呈现增加趋势。因此，我们可以认为，Nfic是 调节成骨成脂相关基因表达的重要基因，其表达受雌激素的影响。这一 研究结果对于深入理解成骨成脂的调节机制有一定意义。 关键词：雌激素缺乏；成骨成脂；Nfic；BMPs Abstract Thisarticlemainlyresearchestheinfluenceofestrogenonthe expressionofosteogenesisandlipogenesisrelatedgenes,and explorestherelevancebetweenNfic.Throughexperimentson normalratsandratswithestrogendeficiency,itisfoundthat estrogendeficiencyhasasignificantimpactontheexpressionof osteogenesisandlipogenesisrelatedgenesinrats,andNficplays animportantroleinit.Specifically,theexpressionofNficis increasedbyestrogendeficiency,andtheexpressionofbone morphogenicproteins(BMPs)upstreamofNficalsoshowsan increasingtrend.Therefore,wecanbelievethatNficisan importantgenethatregulatestheexpressionofosteogenesisand lipogenesisrelatedgenes,anditsexpressionisaffectedby estrogen.Thisresearchresulthascertainsignificanceforadeeper understandingoftheregulationmechanismofosteogenesisand lipogenesis.
