Key words: primary school English, language ,culture , communication, defect, measure. 一. 文化因素教学与交际能力的培养同是小学英语教学的重要内容 英语《新课程标准》规定了英语教学的目标包括知识、技能、情感态 度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面。由此可见,文化因素教学是必不可少的重 要内容。英语是一种语言,语言是一种交际工具,《新课程标准》吸收了现代 语言教学思想,“强调用语言做具体的事,而不是简单的语言输出(表达)” 这就是说,”为交际”应是英语教学的目的和归缩。 同时,《新课程标准》又强调:要处理好语言和文化的关系。语言有 丰富的文化含义,语言是文化的重要载体,语言与文化密切联系。熟知有关文
