碳酸铵和马来酸酐合成聚天冬氨酸高效阻垢剂 张洪利任丰伟 (渭南师范学院化学化工系陕西渭南714000) 摘要:以马来酸酐(MA)和碳酸铵(AC)为原料采用低温固氮、高温聚合生成中间 体聚琥珀亚氨酸(PSI),PSI碱性水解生成聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)阻垢剂。分别研究了 反应物摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、阻垢剂的浓度对PSI产率和阻垢效果的影 响。结果表明:马来酸酐:碳酸铵=1:1.2 ,低温65℃反应时间1.5h,高温178℃反应 1h,生成中间体PSI,在75℃下以2.0mol/L的NaOH溶液水解PSI生成聚天门冬氨酸 盐阻垢剂,调节pH生成聚天门冬氨酸。阻垢剂加量为2.0mg/L时,阻垢率可达 98.80% 。以马来酸酐和碳酸铵能够合成高效的聚天门冬氨酸绿色阻垢剂。 关键词:聚天门冬氨酸;马来酸酐;合成;阻垢剂 中图分类号:TQ Synthesis of Scale Inhibitor of the Polyaspartic acid Zhang Hongli;Ren Fengwei (Department of Chemistry&Chemical Engineering, Weinan Normal University, Weinan Shaanxi 714000, China) Abstract: Polyaspartic acid was synthesized with raw materials maleic anhydride and salvolatile.
