PROFESSIONALSERVICESAGREEMENT WATERWAYSPROJECT THISAGREEMENT,enteredintothedayof,20__,byandbetweenthe _______________________,hereinafterreferredtoasthe"OWNER",and, hereafterreferredtoasthe"ENGINEER/ARCHITECT.” WITNESSETH: WHEREAS,theOwnerisdesirousofconstructingcertainrecreationalboatingfacilitiesto bedevelopedonoradjacenttocertainpropertiesofOwnerlocatedat;and WHEREAS,theOwnerdesiresthatacompletepreliminarystudybemadetodeterminethe feasibilityandthemostdesirablemeansofconstructingsaidrecreationalboatingfacilities;and WHEREAS,Engineer/Architectengagesinthebusinessoffurnishingprofessional engineering/architecturalserviceswithintheStateofMichigan;and WHEREAS,theOwnerdesirestoengagetheEngineer/Architecttomakeandtocomplete suchapreliminarystudyincluding,butnotlimitedto,conductingthenecessarysurveysandto preparethenecessaryreports,sketches,drawings,designs,outlinespecifications,preliminarycost estimates;and WHEREAS,theOwner,atitsmeetingheldthedayof,20__,authorizedthe executionofthisprofessionalservicesagreement.
