妊娠期糖尿病影响因素分析 【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的危险因素，为临床开 展有针对性的防治提供依据。方法 通过查阅病历和问卷调查，采用单 因素分析和多元logistic回归分析等方法，应用统计软件SPSS 13.0 进行统计分析。结果 多因素分析结果显示妊娠年龄、月经初潮年龄、 月经周期紊乱病史、自然流产次数、母亲患糖尿病、父亲患糖尿病为 GDM的危险因素。结论 高龄妊娠，糖尿病家族史等因素是GDM的 独立危险因素，其他因素有待于进一步研究。 【关键词】 妊娠期糖尿病;糖尿病;危险因素 ABSTRACT Objective To discuss the risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Case review and questionnaire were carried out and statistical analysis was made by the software SPSS 13.0 with the methods of single factor analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results The statistical analysis showed out that gestational age, menarche age, menstrual cycle disorder, times of natural abortion, mother or father with diabetes were the risk factors of GDM. Conclusions Elderly gravida and family history of diabetes are the independent risk factors of GDM; other factors need further research.
