黄芩苷元对小鼠四氯化碳肝损伤的保护作用 word格式论文 黄芩苷元对小鼠四氯化碳肝损伤的保护 作用 作者,刘建新,谢水祥,周俐,汪秀荣,杨庆春,张文平 【摘要】 目的探讨黄芩苷元对小鼠CCl4肝损伤的保护作用。 方法 采用 CCl4小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定血清谷丙转氨酶,ALT,、谷草转氨酶,AST, 活性、肝组织MDA含量,并观察肝组织病理变化。结果黄芩苷元能保护CCl4 所致小鼠肝损伤,表现为血清ALT,AST活力和肝脏MDA含量下降,同时其肝 脏病变较模型组为轻。结论 黄芩苷元对CCl4所致小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。 【关键词】 黄芩苷元, 肝损伤, 保护作用 Abstract,ObjectiveTo investigate the protective effect of baicalEin against carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced hepatotoxicity in mice. Methods word格式论文 The experimental model of liver injury was induced by CCl4 in mice . The serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) ,aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and liver malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined. The pathological examination of liver was performed .ResultsBaicalEIn significantly reduced serum ALT ,AST activities and liver MDA content, and the liver lobule were ameliorated obviously .ConclusionBaicalein has aprotective effect on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4.
