三种花卉植物对重金属污染土壤的修复初探 摘要: 随着工业化和城市化进程的加速,土壤重金属污染成为了一个不容 忽视的生态环境问题。本文研究了三种花卉植物(紫花泡芙、罗文蔓掌、 紫花苜蓿)对重金属污染土壤的修复效果及其机理。研究结果表明,紫花 泡芙和罗文蔓掌对Cu、Cd、Pb等重金属的吸收和富集作用较强,而紫 花苜蓿更适合用来修复铅污染土壤。此外,三种植物均可显著提高土壤 的酶活性和微生物数量,促进土壤微生物群落结构和功能的恢复。因 此,在修复重金属污染土壤方面,花卉植物具有较大的应用前景。 关键词:重金属污染;花卉植物;修复效果;酶活性;微生物数量 Introduction: Soilheavymetalpollutionhasbecomeanimportant ecologicalandenvironmentalproblemwiththeaccelerationof industrializationandurbanizationprocess.Itnotonlyaffectsthe qualityofsoil,butalsothreatensthehumanhealththroughthe foodchain.Inordertoprotectandrestoretheecological environment,manyresearchershavestudiedthe phytoremediationofheavymetalcontaminatedsoil.Asan economicalandeffectivetechnique,phytoremediationhasbeen widelyusedtopurifythecontaminatedsoil.Inthisstudy,three flowerplants(ViolatricolorL.,TradescantiazebrinaHort.exBosse, andMedicagosativaL.)werechosentoinvestigatetheirpotential forremediationofheavymetalcontaminatedsoilandthe mechanisminvolved. MaterialsandMethods: Thestudywasconductedinagreenhousewithtemperature controlledat25±2°C,relativehumidityat60%,anda16-hour light-8hourdarkphotoperiod.Thesoilusedintheexperiment wasobtainedfromasitecontaminatedwithheavymetals(Cu,Cd, Pb).Aftermixingwithsandandcompost,thesoilwassterilizedby autoclavingat121°Cand0.1MPafor120minthreetimes.Thesoil wasthendividedintothreepartsandplantedwithViolatricolorL., TradescantiazebrinaHort.exBosse,andMedicagosativaL., respectively,withacontrolgroupwithoutanyplantings.
