浙江省湿地资源现状及保护治理对策 吴伟志;方龙 【摘 要】 The second investigation on wetland resources in Zhejiang province demonstrated that there are 10042 wetland patches with unit area of 8ha,total wetland area of 1.11 million hectares.There are 23 types of 5categories wetland.The result indicated that there are 1482 species of higher plants,belonging to 181 families and 640 genera,1107 species of animals,belongingto69ordersand270families.Tenprotectionareas,eight national wetland parks,three national urban wetland parks and twelve provincial wetland parks were established in the province.Wetland ConservationPlanofZhejiang(2023-2023) waspublished.The investigation showed many challenges such as too many management institutions,difficult coordination,insufficient studies and input,etc.Countermeasureswereputforwarded.%依据浙江省其次次湿地资源 调查,浙江省有单块 万 以上的湿地斑块 块,共有湿地面积 8hm210042111.01 ,湿地类型有 属,湿地动 种,隶属 型;有湿地高等植物 类 科 hm25231482181640 种.在湿地资源保护方面,建立了系统化的保护治理机构,建立 物 目科 692701107 个国家湿地公园、 了 10 个湿地及与湿地有关的保护区、83 个国家城市湿地公园、 个省级湿地公园;公布了《浙江省湿地保护规划 年)》;存在利益部门 12(2023-2023 多 、协调难度大,根底性争论与监测薄弱、湿地保护资金投入缺乏、滩涂资源过度 围垦、生物入侵严峻等问题;提出了严格治理,试行湿地生态效益补偿制度的进展对 策.
