克拉玛依油田稠油水平井开采规律及影响因素研究 摘要 稠油水平井是当前我国油田勘探和开发的重点之一。克拉玛依油田 是我国西部地区油田发展的重要区域之一,该油田油藏较为复杂,探明 82.8 储量高达亿吨。本论文针对克拉玛依油田稠油水平井的开采规律及 影响因素进行了研究。通过对文献及油田实际生产数据的分析研究,得 (1) 出以下结论:稠油水平井的开采率受到油藏渗透率、油井的水平段长 (2) 度、注水量及其他物理因素的影响。在一定油藏压力范围内,注水量 (3) 的增加能够提高稠油水平井的开采效果。酸化处理可以有效地刺激油 (4) 藏产能,提高稠油水平井的开采效果。水平井井距、水平井高度和压 裂技术都对稠油水平井的开采有影响。这些结论对于深入研究稠油水平 井的开采规律及制定合理的开采方案具有重要的意义。 关键词:稠油水平井,开采规律,影响因素,克拉玛依油田 Abstract Horizontal well production of heavy oil is currently one of the important exploration and development focus in China's oil fields. Karamay oil field is one of the important development areas of oil fields in western China, with proven reserves up to 8.28 billion tons. This paper studies the production rules and influencing factors of horizontal well production of heavy oil in Karamay oil field. Based on the analysis of literature and actual production data, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the production rate of heavy oil horizontal wells is affected by the permeability of oil reservoir, the length of horizontal section of oil well, injection volume, and other physical factors. (2) Within a certain range of reservoir pressure, increasing the injection volume can improve the production efficiency of heavy oil horizontal wells. (3) Acidizing treatment can effectively stimulate the production capacity of oil reservoir and improve the production efficiency of heavy oil horizontal wells. (4) The well spacing, the height of horizontal well, and the fracturing technology all have an impact on the production of heavy oil horizontal wells. These conclusions are of great significance for the deep study of the production rules of heavy oil horizontal wells and for the formulation of reasonable exploitation plans.
