Introduction Iam grateful for this opportunity to present my personal report on the work done as aprimary school English teacher. This report provides an insight into my performance as ateacher, my achievements, lessons learned, and how Ihave managed to improve in my role. Teaching Methods As ateacher, Ihave always focused on interactive teaching. My teaching method involves using storytelling and interactive activities to engage the students. Ihave always created an environment that fosters learning by providing clear instructions, promoting active participation, and using positive reinforcement. My approach is centered on engaging each student individually to ensure that they learn and understand English. Ibelieve every child has their own unique way of learning, and so, Istrive to create adiverse and inclusive classroom environment that caters to the learning needs of each student. Achievements My main achievement as aprimary school English teacher is the success of my students. Iam proud to have successfully taught students who graduated top of their class, achieved excellent English scores in international exams, and gone on to study abroad in English-speaking countries. In addition to my students' academic success, Ihave also pioneered several extracurricular activities that have positively impacted their lives. The club has seen significant growth in membership, and the students have developed an appreciation for literature.
