首钢工学院毕业论文 地下室防裂抗渗的技术措施 内容摘要 本文结合各类工程常见的地下室防裂抗渗技术并以以江海广场项目为例 讨论了在江海广场工程中将会用到的一些常见技术。本项目为二层半地下室， 在施工过程中易出现地下室开裂以及渗水现象。地下室混凝土结构在施工中容 易出现裂缝以及由此而导致的渗漏现象比较常见，直接影响地下室的使用功能。 如何在施工过程中采取合理有效的措施，避免出现裂缝，以及做好地下室防水 处理，避免渗漏现象，是十分重要的环节。从而保证施工质量，降低成本。 关键词 防裂抗渗；技术措施；保证质量；节约成本 abstract In this paper, with the common crack in the basement of permeability in all kinds of engineering technology and to jianghai square project as an example to discuss the jianghai square project will use some of the common technology .this project for the second half basement, liable to occur in the construction process of cracking and water seepage phenomenon in the basement. The basement is easy to crack during the construction of concrete structure and the more common due to the leakage phenomenon, directly influence the use function of the basement. How to take reasonable and effective measures in the construction process, to avoid cracks, and disposal of the basement waterproof, prevent leakage phenomenon, is avery important link.
