ZrZrC1253K 基合金在下的润湿行为及前驱膜形成 条件研究 摘要: 1253KZrZrC 本研究探讨了在下基合金的润湿行为及前驱膜形成的 Zr 条件。通过热重实验和显微镜观察,在不同温度下,探究了基合金 ZrC1253KZrZrC 与不同基材的润湿情况。结果表明,在下,基合金可 NiCr 以较好地润湿合金和不锈钢基材。同时,采用物理气相沉积法制备 ZrC 的薄膜表面较平整,无裂纹,具有良好的化学稳定性和热稳定性。 Zr 研究还发现,前驱膜形成的条件是在高温气氛下进行,使原子和氧气 ZrCZrC 结合形成氧化膜,然后通过氮气还原制备出前驱膜。这项研究为 前驱膜的制备和应用提供了参考。 ZrZrC 关键词:基合金,,润湿,前驱膜,物理气相沉积 Introduction : Zirconium carbide (ZrC) is apromising material for high-temperature applications due to its excellent mechanical properties, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance. However, the poor wetting behavior of ZrC with other materials limits its practical applications. Therefore, it is essential to study the wetting behavior of ZrC with different substrates and develop afeasible method to enhance its wettability. Meanwhile, the deposition of aprecursor film on the surface of ZrC can improve its adhesion with other materials. However, the formation mechanism and conditions of the precursor film are still not clear. In this study, we investigated the wetting behavior of ZrC on different substrates at 1253K and determined the conditions for precursor film formation.
