底物固相分散法测定肉苁蓉中有机氯的残留研究 ==================================================================== == 【摘要】 目的建立肉苁蓉中多种有机氯类农药同时检测的方法。方法运用底 物固相分散(MSPD)法、气相色谱法同时测定肉苁蓉中六六六及滴滴涕七种异 构体。结果六六六及滴滴涕七种异构体的加标回收率均大于80%，RSD<5%，肉 苁蓉样品在优化的MSPD的实验条件下，无需进一步净化即可用于气相色谱检 测。 结论该方法具有试剂用量少，操作简便，快速等特点。 【关键词】 底物固相分散法; 有机氯农药; 肉苁蓉; 残留量 Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine the organochlorine pesticide residues in Herba Cistanches.MethodsSeven organochlorinated pesticide residues in Herba Cistanches were determined by matrix solid-phase dispersion method(MSPD) and gas chromatography .ResultsThe recoveries of organochlorine pesticides in Herba Cistanches were above 80%. The relative standard deviations all were below 5%(n=5). The MSPD condition was optimized. Under the MSPD condition ,no further cleanup was necessary for subsequent gas chromatographic determination.
