球墨铸铁摩擦副激光熔覆处理层摩擦磨损研究 刘安民1 ,汪新衡1 ,匡建新1,朱航生2 (1. 湖南工学院机械工程系;2. 衡阳丰顺车桥有限公司产品部,湖南衡阳 421002) 摘要:采用激光熔覆技术在球墨铸铁表面制备了原位析出颗粒增强金属基复 合材料表层。以激光强化的球墨铸铁为上试样、灰铸铁为下试样,进行了标准的 SRV快速磨损试验。结果表明:熔覆层致密,冶金结合良好,与灰铸铁配副,磨损 深度分别为0.84μm 、1.79μm,摩擦系数在0.065~0.078内变化,摩擦系数随摩 擦时间的增加呈逐渐降低的趋势;表现出了良好的耐磨性和配副性。 关键词:激光熔覆;原位析出;球墨铸铁;摩擦系数;摩擦磨损 Study on Friction and Wear of the Cast Iron Friction Surface Layer by Laser Cladding LIU An-min1, WANG Xin-heng1 ,KANG Jian-xin1, ZHU Hang-sheng2 (1.
