Through research, it is concluded that the key processes for producing turbid juice beverage of Tribulus terrestris are: juice preparation and turbidity agent addition. Among them, the juice preparation includes water washing, crushing, juicing, and pretreatment; the addition of turbidity agent requires consideration of dosage and selection of suitable turbidity agent types. With the mastery of the above key processes, high-quality tribulus terrestris turbid juice beverage with good taste and rich flavor can be produced.
