Introduction Thesteamturbinegeneratorsetisakeycomponentinpower plants,anditssafeandstableoperationiscriticalforensuringthe stableoperationoftheentireplant.However,duetothehigh rotationalspeedandcomplexmechanicalstructure,thesteam turbinegeneratorispronetovariousfaultsandfailures,which mayleadtoseriousaccidentsandeconomiclosses. Toavoidsuchrisks,itisimportanttodevelopaneffective onlinemonitoringanddiagnosissystemforsteamturbine generatorvibrations.Traditionalmonitoringmethods,suchas handheldvibrationmetersandperiodicinspections,aregenerally time-consumingandlabor-intensive.Inrecentyears,withthe developmentofsensortechnology,onlinemonitoringsystems havebecomemorecommon.
