And patients in patient group were assessed again Results after 4weeks cognitive rehabilitation treatment. The scores of cognition sub-items betweencontrol group and patient groupwere significantly different both in MoCA Chinese version and MMSE (P<0.01)And significant ， correlation was found between the total scores of MoCA Chinese version and MMSE. The scores of cognition evaluation by MoCA （r=0.874，P＜0.01） Chinese version were improved significantly after 4weeks cognitive Conclusion rehabilitation treatment in patient group (P<0.01). MoCA Chinese version could be used to assess vascular cognitive impairment and cognitive rehabilitation efficiency.
