三年级英语教学工作总结：从起步到拔高 As athree-year English teacher, Ihave gained alot of valuable experience in guiding my students to learn the language. From the first day of starting my teaching career to achieving outstanding results in my classes, Ihave gone through ajourney of constant learning and improvement. Looking back at my teaching journey of the past three years, Ican't help but feel asense of nostalgia, as well as a strong desire to improve. Iremember when Ifirst started my teaching career, I felt alittle nervous and unsure about what to do. Itried my best to prepare for my first class, but Istill felt uneasy. However, as Istarted teaching, Iquickly realized that my students were the key to my success as an English teacher. They were the ones who would motivate me to learn and improve. At the beginning of my teaching career, Ifocused on creating asupportive learning environment for my students. I spent alot of time getting to know my students and their individual learning styles.
