国外农业产业化经营模式与经验借鉴 陈继红,杨淑波 摘要： 美国、欧盟和日本等国家农业产业化经营起步较早,经过半个多世纪的发展,逐渐 步入成熟发展阶段。其组织模式可以概括为:农工商综合体、合同制和合作制等三种模式。 国外发展经验对我国农业产业化经营的借鉴意义体现在:一是因地制宜发挥自身的比较优 势,确定主导产业;二是打造坚实的科技教育基础,为农业产业化经营提供科技人才支撑; 三是积极引导和支持农民合作组织的发展,发挥其提高农民组织化程度的重要作用;四是 充分发挥政府的职能作用,在立法保护、政策支持和行政监管方面为农业产业化经营的健康 发展提供保障。 关键词： 农业产业化;经营模式;借鉴 StudyontheForeignAgriculturalIndustrializationModeland Experience CHENJi-hong,YANGShu-bo Abstract: U.S,EUandJapan,thenationalagriculturalindustrializationstartedearlier, afterhalfacenturyofdevelopment,graduallyintothematurestageofdevelopment,and theorganizationalmodelcanbesummarizedasthreemodes:agriculture-industry- commerceintegratedcomplex,contractandcooperativesystem.Experienceofthe developedcountriesisusefultous:First,playtotheircomparativeadvantagesaccording tolocalconditionstodeterminetheleadingindustry.Secondistobuildasolideducation foundationfortheindustrialmanagementofagriculturetoprovidemanpowersupport.
