医药学-气相色谱法同时测定止痒搽剂中三组分的含量 作者:赵云燕， 李国忠， 吴金兰， 管玉云， 程正 【关键词】 气相色谱法;,,止痒搽剂;,,樟脑;,,薄荷脑;,,冰片 摘要:目的建立一种用气相色谱法同时测定止痒搽剂中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片三 组分含量的方法。方法采用聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M填充柱 (涂布浓度为10%);柱温 155?;进样口温度为190?;FID检测器，检测器温度250?。结果樟脑在0.198,1.191 mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 99)，薄荷脑在0.132,0.790 mg/ml范围内 呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 99)，冰片在0.139,0.833 mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系 (r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率分别为:樟脑95.21%，RSD为1.58%(n=9)，薄荷脑 102.71%，RSD为1.29%(n=9) ，冰片99.33%，RSD为1.40%(n=9)。结论该法简便 快速，结果准确，可以有效地控制该药品的质量。 关键词:气相色谱法; 止痒搽剂; 樟脑; 薄荷脑; 冰片 Simultaneous Determination of Three Components in Antipruritic Liniment by GC Abstract:ObjectiveTo estabilsh amethod for simultaneous determination of camphor, menthol, and borneol in antipruritic liniment by GC.
