AgInS2α-Fe2O3 窄带宽纳米材料和的合成及光学 性能研究 Introduction Narrowbandgapnanomaterialshavereceivedconsiderable attentioninrecentyearsowingtotheiruniquephysicaland chemicalpropertiesthatdifferfromthoseoftheirbulk counterparts.AgInS2andα-Fe2O3aretwosuchnanomaterials thatshowimmensepotentialforvariousapplications.AgInS2isa ternarychalcogenidesemiconductorthathasanarrowbandgap of1.5eV,makingitsuitableforapplicationsinphotovoltaicsand optoelectronics.Ontheotherhand,α-Fe2O3orhematiteisa p-typesemiconductingoxidewithawidebandgapof2.1eV, makingitanessentialmaterialforphotocatalysisandsolarenergy conversion. SynthesisofAgInS2andα-Fe2O3Nanomaterials AgInS2nanoparticlesweresynthesizedbyafacile hydrothermalmethod.Briefly,indiumchloride,silvernitrate,and thioacetamideweremixedindeionizedwaterandstirredforan hour.ThesolutionwasthentransferredtoaTeflon-lined autoclaveandheatedat180°Cfor12hours.Theresultingproduct wascentrifuged,washedwithethanolandwater,anddriedat 60°C. α-Fe2O3nanorodsweresynthesizedusingahydrothermal method.Iron(III)nitratenonahydratewasdissolvedindeionized water,andammoniumhydroxidewasaddedtoadjustthepHto 11.ThesolutionwastransferredtoaTeflon-linedautoclaveand heatedat160°Cfor12hours.Theresultingprecipitatewas washedwithwater,ethanol,anddriedat60°C. ThesynthesizednanomaterialswerecharacterizedbyX-ray diffractometry(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),and transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM).TheXRDanalysisshowed thecharacteristicpeaksofAgInS2andα-Fe2O3,confirmingtheir phasepurityandcrystallinity.TheSEMandTEMimagesrevealed themorphologyandsizeofthenanoparticlesandnanorods, respectively.
