栽培甘草群体中不同单株甘草酸的含量差异研究 作者:牛小宇,刘春生,崔浩然 【摘要】 目的通过测定相同生长环境下栽培甘草不同单株甘草酸含量 差异,探讨其变异机制,找到高含量变异个体,为优质甘草的品种选育提供初 步依据。方法随机选取同一地块相同生长年限的甘草100株,采用高效液相色 谱法测定了该100株个体甘草主根的甘草酸含量。按《中国药典》对甘草酸的 含量标准规定的2%为界,将数据分为高含量甘草酸组及低含量甘草酸组。结果 100株甘草的主根中的甘草酸含量最高的个体达到4.941%,最低的为1.201%, RSD为27.77%。高低含量两个组甘草酸含量差异性显著(P 【关键词】 栽培甘草群体; 单株; 甘草酸 Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the variation of glycyrrhizin content through analyzing different Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch roots from asingle farm and to provide reference for selection of the highquality variety.MethodsHPLC analysis was used to analyze 100 randomly sampled 2-year-old roots from asingle farm for the glycyrrhizin content. According to the glycyrrhizin content standard abiding by the Pharmacopeia,the 100 plants were divided into two groups,namely,high and low glycyrrhizin content groups using 2% as the dividing ridge.ResultsAmong the 100 plants ,the highest value was 4.941%, the lowest was 1.201%, and RSD was 27.77%.The glycyrrhizin content between the two groups showed distinct variability. ConclusionThe glycyrrhizin content variation was detected among G. uralensis Fisch root samples collected from the same farm, which suggested that genetic diversity affected the contents. The distinct variability between the two groups provides the basis to breed new cultivars with higher chemical constituents.
